In the presented document (an invoice issued by the private company Ioan Onu, for the sale of a sowing machine, issued in Câmpina, the 29th of November 1928), besides the general revenue stamps, 1927 Ferdinand issue in value of 13 lei, representing fiscal tax paid to the Finance Ministry, on the counter-page appear local private stamps: "Marca de control" (control stamp) in total value of 12.000 lei, value which represents the monthly installments paid by the buyer. These control stamps are a private issue and were applied on the counter-page of the invoices at the time of payment of the installments, until full payment of the amount due. The stamps are of different values, 200, 300, 500 and 1000 lei, plane print on different color paper for each value, the dimension of the border rim being 25 mm/50 mm, laced in 11½, lines perforated, the graphic or print signed Fisi. The value is printed later, hence the discrepancies or displacements of the numbers within the circle. The stamps or vignettes are printed vertically with the text MARCĂ DE CONTROL (Control Stamp), IOAN ONU, the value in a circle and on the lower side the place CAMPINA. The individualization of the issue of stamps, in this case the MARCA DE CONTROL (Control Stamp), was a popular measure and was frequently present in commerce, many private entrepreneurs resorting to the printing of private issues which offered increase safety to the clients regarding the sold product, and in our case a definite proof of payment of the installments. On the main page of the invoice is even brought to the attention of the buyer that proof of payment of the installments can only be made if on the counter-page the control stamps of the seller or institution are present. In this way regulation and observance of installment payment is enforced. The document opens a new page in the study of private stamps and vignettes, besides the control stamps for SINGER sowing machines. I have no knowledge of the legal base for the printing of these stamps, future research being necessary to establish this.

      În documentul alăturat (factura emisă de societatea particulară Ioan Onu, pentru vănzarea unei maşini de cusut, datată Câmpina, 29 noiembrie 1928), pe lângă timbrele fiscale generale emisiunea Ferdinand 1927 în valoare de 13 lei reprezentând taxă fiscală achitată Ministerului de Finanţe, pe contra pagină apar şi timbrele locale private "Marcă de control" în valoare totală de 12.000 lei, valoare ce reprezintă ratele lunare achitate de cumpărător. Aceste timbre de control sunt o emisiune privată şi se aplicau pe contra pagina facturilor în momentul achitării ratelor până la achitarea integrală a sumei datorate. Timbrele sunt de valori diferite, 200, 300, 500 şi 1000 lei, tipar plan pe hartie de culori diferite pentru fiecare valoare, dimensiunea chenarului 25 mm/50mm, dantelură în linie 11½, grafica sau imprimeria semnată Fisi. Valoarea tipărită ulterior de unde şi apar decalaje sau deplasări ale cifrelor în cerc. Timbrele sau vignetele au imprimate de sus în jos textele MARCĂ DE CONTROL, IOAN ONU, valoarea într-un cerc şi jos localitatea CÂMPINA. Particularizarea emisiunilor de timbre, în cazul de faţă MĂRCI DE CONTROL, era o măsură populară şi destul de des întâlnită în practica comercială, mulţi întreprinzători privaţi apelând la tipărirea de emisiuni particulare care să confere mai multă siguranţă şi încredere clientelei în produsul vândut iar în cazul nostru o dovadă certă a achitării ratelor. Pe pagina principală a facturii este chiar atrasă atenţia cumpărătorului că nu se poate face dovada achitării ratelor decât numai dacă pe contra pagină apar şi timbrele de control ale vânzătorului sau instituţiei. În acest fel se legiferează achitarea şi respectarea ratelor. Documentul deschide o pagină nouă în studiul emisiunilor de timbre şi vignete private alături de timbrele de control pentru maşinile de cusut SINGER. Nu cunosc baza legală a imprimării acestor emisiuni de timbre, cercetările viitoare urmând să stabilească aceasta.
